ORDER CANCELLATION:
The online order is a distance sales contract regulated by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended.
You can place a valid order through the e-shop if you are legally competent in accordance with the articles of the Greek Civil Code and if you have reached the age of eighteen and are not legally bound to enter into a sales contract.
Orders can also be placed by representatives of legal entities while the company reserves its right to claim from the supervisor or guardian.
Your order can be canceled at any time, as long as it has not been shipped. Cancellation is done by phone or email. The amount is returned in full and without any charge to the customer.
The refund is made in the same way as the payment was made.
If you are not in time and your order is shipped, then the product return case applies.
If you have paid by credit/debit card and wish to cancel your transaction and the products have not been dispatched, you must notify us immediately within 24 hours.

We offer the possibility to pay for orders via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro through the VIVA PAYMENTS service
We do not keep records of credit card information in our database and the customer is solely responsible for the correct recording and truthfulness of credit card information.
PAYMENT WITH REFUND
- For shipments throughout Greece, with ELTA Courier, the cash on delivery service is charged €5.00 per shipment. You pay the price upon receipt of your order
- For shipments with ACS Courier in Greece, the cash on delivery service is charged €5.00 per shipment. You pay the price upon receipt of your order.
BANK ACCOUNT DEPOSIT:
Contact us, so we can forward you the account number of the bank that serves you.
ΑΠΟΣΤΟΛΗ ΠΡΟΪΟΝΤΩΝ
- For shipments throughout Greece, with ELTA Courier the shipping service is charged €3.00 per shipment.
- For shipments to Cyprus, the cost is €10.
- For shipments to the European Union, the cost is €15.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES:
You have the right to return part or all of the goods you ordered through our online store within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt.
The transport costs, returning the products and sending a new product are borne by the buyer.
In the case of a defective product, the store assumes the shipping/replacement costs.
Products intended for return or exchange must:
- Be in original delivery condition, (with tags/tags, as received) including packaging, user manuals, peripherals & accessories.
- Must not have been used (beyond testing)
- To be mailed for return by the recipient of the product no later than (14) calendar days
- There must have been previous telephone or written communication.
- Must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
**We do not accept returns on broken and tampered products from the time of receipt by the carrier.
Before receiving them, check the products and then sign for their integrity.
*Refunds are not given, unless the company decides otherwise for an individual case.
